So I guess we can skip the golf talk for one week as the entire sports world is focused on Tampa Bay (imagine uttering those words 52-weeks ago!!)for the next few days.  

And while the Super Bowl always attracts a number of eyeballs that wouldn’t be considered “sports fans”, the presence of a certain pigskin-throwing player (who’s had a little bit of success??) is going to take it to another level.  

And to add insult to injury, Tampa Bay becomes the first team in 55 playings of the Super Bowl to do so at their own field!!  

But I am going to tie it back to golf for a bit.  Take the Bucs for example.  Their season had a couple of rough path es—like we encounter on the golf course on what is probably a daily basis.  

But ultimately they battled through it to get to the ultimate stage—the Super Bowl.

Keep that in mind the next time you encounter a rough patch during your round.  Keep your focus on the ultimate prize—lowering your score and hitting the best shots that you can.  Yes, there will be bad swings—and sometimes they all feel like bad ones.  

But keep your cool and keep driving for the goal-you’ll eventually get there and have a ton of fun along the way!!
