VIDEO: Justin Thomas Uses Homophobic Slur After Missing Par Putt

PGA Tour star Justin Thomas is under fire after he was caught on a green side microphone using a homophobic slur after missing a par putt on Saturday at the Sentry Tournament of Champions in Hawaii.

Thomas missed a six-foot putt on the fourth hole and uttered the slur as the ball rolled paste the hole. He tapped in for bogey.
“It’s embarrassing; that’s not me and it’s inexcusable. There’s no excuse. I’m an adult and there’s no place for that. It doesn’t matter who you are, no one’s above that. I have no excuse,” said Thomas after the round.
The PGA Tour has not released a statement on the issue.
It is unknown if Thomas will face any discipline for the incident.
Thomas shot a five-under 68 and is four shots off the lead.
