Northeast Am Alum Ogletree Wins Low Amateur at Masters
Northeast Amateur Alum Andy Ogletree has won the low amateur award at this year’s Masters Tournament.
Ogletree shot a two-under par, 286, to beat out Vanderbilt’s John Augenstein for the title in a rematch of the 2019 U.S. Amateur Championship.
A Georgia Tech grad, Ogletree played in the Northeast Amateur in 2018 and 2019, but missed the cut in 2018.
It is expected that he will turn pro in the coming days or week.
