MA Golfers Must Wear Face Masks While Playing

It may be November, but golf season is still going strong in Massachusetts, and so are the new restrictions.

Per Governor Charlie Baker’s new guidelines, starting today, face coverings are required by anyone at a golf facility, even while playing.

This is a change from previous guidelines where face coverings were not required on the course.

Also, all facilities must close to the public by 9:30 p.m. and can not reopen before 5 a.m.

Coronavirus is continuing to surge across the country, with Massachusetts seeing just over 1,000 new cases per day.
