Burke Fund’s 100-Hole Marathon Postponed

The 100-hole golf marathon to benefit the Burke Fund has been postponed.

The 100-hole golf marathon to benefit the Burke Fund has been postponed. 

The marathon was originally scheduled to take place on Monday, October 19, at Alpine Country Club, but has been called off. 

Last year, the marathon raised $76,286.50 for the scholarship fund.

About the Burke Fund 

Formally recognized as the John P. Burke Memorial Fund, it provides financial aid to qualified students to assist them in obtaining a college education. 

More familiar to golfers as the “Burke Fund”, it is one of the oldest golf scholarship programs in the country.
