Course Review: Crystal Lake – September 24

Great place to play a round of golf.
Whether you’re a high or low handicap, it’s a fun place to play because of its layout and it’s natural layouts of some really great looking holes.
You are basically playing a public course with a private feel and look to it.
It’s a course that if you’re a good player you’ll shoot a great score.
Crystal Lake rewards good shots.
But, if you’re hacking around the course you’re not as upset as you might be at a $19/$25 because how much the ownership put into making these holes look like they just cut the holes straight out of the lay of the land.
Case in point, holes 3-9 couldn’t have been more up and down.
I shot par/par/ snowman, snowman/ birdie/bogey/bogey.
That, is Crystal Lake. You hit shots you score, you hack it, you put up snowmen…
