Johnson Dominates TPC Boston
TPC Boston was no match for Johnson this week, nor was anyone else in the field for that matter.
After a fine opening round, Johnson fired a 60 in the second round after being 10-under through 10 holes to take control of the tournament.
He pulled away from the field on Saturday and took a five shot lead into Sunday’s final round.
On Sunday, Johnson fired a bogey-free, eight under 63 to win the tournament easily.
It’s the firs win on tour by 10+ shots in a decade and the third time since 2011 that Johnson has won the Northern Trust.
