RI’s Faxon, Andrade & Quigley to Compete in PGA Tour Champions’ Ally Challenge

The PGA Tour Champions returns this weekend with the Ally Challenge, and there are several Rhode Islanders in the field. 

Brad Faxon, Billy Andrade and Brett Quigley are all set to tee it up this week at Warwick Hills Country Club with a  chance to take home a top prize of $300,000. 

The tournament can be found all weekend on Golf Channel. 

Faxon’s Career 

Faxon has eight career PGA Tour wins and is currently 41st on the all-time money list. 

In Rhode Island, he is now best known for buying and selling Metacomet Golf Club after just one year. 

He is also one of the co hosts of the CVS Health Charity Classic, which was canceled this year due to the coronavirus. 

Andrade’s Career 

Andrade has four career PGA Tour victories, the last one coming at the Invensys Classic at Las Vegas in 2000. 

On the Champions Tour, he has three victories so far. 

In Rhode Island, he is best known as being a co host, along with Faxon, of the CVS Health Charity Classic. 

Quigley’s Career 

Quigley is a rookie on the Champions Tour having won the Morocco Champions earlier this season prior to the shut down. 

Prior to that, Quigley had two wins on the Korn Ferry Tour.
