Two to a Cart is Sticking Point in RIGA’s Phase II Plan
The Rhode Island Golf Association (RIGA) is working to get its Phase II plan approved by Commerce, however, the sticking point is two to a cart, according to several sources with knowledge of the situation.
RIGA previously worked with the Department of Business Regulation, but were transferred to Commerce on Friday afternoon.
Gina Raimondo’s phase II plan for reopening went into action Monday, June 1.
Two can ride to the course in 1 car but can’t share a cart.
