Former Barrington star Cole Vieira and former Chariho star Ian Dunham competed in the Granite State Opener with their respective schools this week in New Hampshire.
Playing for Assumption, Vieira finished the tournament at six-over par and in a tie for 27th overall.
He posted rounds of 73, 72 and a final round 77 for the tournament.
Vieira’s final round 77 dropped hi ten spots down the leaderboard.
As a team, Assumption finished in second place with a team score of 11-under par.
Playing for Franklin Pierce, Dunham finished in a tie for 49th overall with rounds of 80, 78 and a final round 71.
Dunham’s final round 71 shot him eight spots up the leaderboard.
As a team, Franklin Pierce finished ninth overall at 30-over par.
Adelphi won the tournament at 19-under.
