The Brown University Women’s Golf Club team went into the Hartford Hawks Invitational this weekend and came out with a trophy.
The tournament was shortened to just one day due to weather.
The Bears carded a team score of 35-over par to win with relative ease over second place Bentley, who finished at 48-over par.
Brown was led by Kenna Lee, who finished at three-over for the tournament to take individual honors.
Miya Wu finished just behind her at seven-over, while Varsha Ramachandran finished fourth at eight over.

Former Smithfield star Samantha Tinsley finished inside the top ten for the tournament.
Tinsley finsihed at 11-over par to finish in solo eighth place.
Her Assumption team finished fifth overall.
