Amateur Golf Tour New England Set for Strong Final Months of Season

The Amateur Golf Tour of New England is closing the final months of the season strong. 

Of the remaining tournaments, seven of them are in Rhode Island including a Club Championship at Meadowbrook and a Major Championship at Crystal Lake . 

$1K will be added to prize fund for Crystal Lake event.

“We are pleased to announce a series of exciting tournaments on the Amateur Golf Tour of New England this August. These events offer a great opportunity to compete, enjoy premier golf courses, and connect with fellow members,” writes AGTNE’s Paul Dumont. 

For the Major Championship at Crystal Lake on August 30, the AGTNE will be adding $1,000 to the prize fund for the event. 

Those interested in participating are encouraged to register early for the event. 

“We encourage all members to take part in these outstanding competitions and enjoy the camaraderie that defines our tour,” writes Dumont.
