La Salle phenom Max Jackson held on to beat Chris O’Neil one-up and win the Pawtucket Club Championship on Sunday afternoon.
This is Jackson’s second club championship in the last three years.
The Match
In the 36 hole final, Jackson took a four-up lead after the first 17 holes.
However, O’Neil fought back and tied the Club Championship in the second 18.
Jackson responded with a birdie on the 32nd hole to to take a one-up lead, and then halve the next four holes to win the title.
