As the summer is about to get underway in Rhode Island, Kings Crossing Golf Course in North Kingstown is making some changes.
On the first hole, the right green side bunker is removed and new mounding is being put in its place.
The cart path being moved to the right of the old one.
A new bunker is being added to the right side of the sixth hole, about 25 yards beyond the top of the hill.
This is where the coffin bunkers used to be.
Lastly, the bunker on the left side of hole two, will be lengthened and a new cart path being put in on the third hole.
