Can Tony Finau Close at American Express?
Tony Finau is back in position to win.
Finau fired a third round 67 and is tied for the lead at the American Express heading into Sunday’s final round.
Will this be the time he gets it done?

“I’ve had a lot of opportunities, so hopefully everything I learned I’m going to bottle up,” Finau said after the third round.
Searching for his second Tour win, Sunday will be the fourth time that Finau will take at least a share of the lead into the final round since 2016 – the last time he won.
He is 0-3 in those previous chances, including last February at the Phoenix Open.
“It is tiring, but I kind of welcome that challenge. What I mean by that is I challenge myself every time I play to prove that I can do it again and I know I can. I feel like the skill-set’s good, at a high level. I’m going to have a lot of opportunities to win tournaments,” said Finau.
Finau is tied with Max Homa and Si Woo Kim at 15-under.
They will tee off at approximately 2 p.m.
