Alpine Beats Kirkbrae to Win Ryder Cup
Alpine Country Club beat Kirkbrae to win the Ryder Cup on Sunday afternoon at Alpine.
Alpine won the matches 23 1/2 to 16 1/2 points.
They won Sunday singles 15-9.
Alpine entered Sunday singles with a one point lead over Kirkbrae.
Starting with Jeff Fields, Alpine won 7 of the first 9 matches to start the day.
The Ryder Cup matches return to Kirkbrae next year.
