Samuel Iden Leads Locals at GolfWeek New England Junior Open
North Kingstown’s Samuel Iden led all Rhode Islanders at the GolfWeek New England Junior Open this week at Ledgemont.
Iden finished in solo 30th at 18-over par for the tournament.
He carded three-straight rounds of 77.
La Salle’s Charles Melvin finished in a tie for 34th at 20-over par with rounds of 73, 82 and 78.
Ian Dunham, Adam Gorman and Nolan Leonard finished in 44th and tie for 46th respectively.
St. Rays’ star Nick Emery finished in a tie for 48th at 26-over par.
