Will Dickson Grinds to Make Cut at Harbor Classic
After two days of grinding, Rhode Island’s Will Dickson has made the cut at the Harbor Classic in Georgia.
Dickson posted back-to-back 72s to finish at even par for the two days and make the cut by one shot.
However, when he finished his Thursday round, he was right on the cut line.
Jamie Wilson, Oliver Mast and AJ Crouch lead the tournament at seven-under par.
On the first day, Dickson made three birdies and three bogeys to shoot even par.
On Thursday, it was a much different story.
Dickson opened the round with six straight pars, before making an eight on the par-5 seventh hole.
He then bounced back with birdies on the eighth and ninth holes to turn at one-over.
On the back side, Dickson bogeyed the 11th hole, but again, made back-to-back birdies on the 12th and 13th holes to get to even par.
The par-5s were clearly a struggle as Dickson played them at three-over for the day.
He will look to climb the leaderboard in Friday’s final round.
