Dickson Goes Low, Finishes 3rd at Augusta Open
In his final competitive round before Stage 1 of Korn Ferry Tour Q School next week, Rhode Island’s Will Dickson went low.
Playing in the final round of the Augusta Open at Belle Meade Golf Club in Georgia, Dickson posted a nine-under par 63 to finish in a tie for third place.
Dickson’s nine under was the lowest round of the day.
He takes home just over $5,000 for his efforts.
The former Moses Brown star will now head to North Carolina next week for Stage 1 of Q School.
Dickson’s Final Round
Dickson opened the round with a birdie on the first hole, then missed a short birdie putt on the third hole.
Don’t worry, he recovered.
Dickson eagled the fourth hole and then birdied the seventh hole to turn at 32.
On the back side, Dickson birdied the 10th, 11th, and 12th holes and then made another eagle on the 15th hole to post 63.
