Dickson 3-Shots Back Entering Final Round of G-Pro Tour Championship

Rhode Island’s Will Dickson dropped seven birdies and made one eagle en route to a third round 65 at the G-Pro Tour Championship on Wednesday at Albemarle Plantation in North Carolina.
The seven-under round has Dickson sitting in solo second place, three shots back of leader Blake McShea heading into Thursday’s final round.

“It was great to finish strong. I needed it to have a chance to win tomorrow,” Dickson told GolfNewsRI following the round.
Dickson made seven birdies in the round, the second most behind Andy Ogletree, who poured in nine.
Dickson will be in the final group on Thursday and tee off at 9:10 a.m.
Dickson’s Round
Dickson opened the round with a birdie on the first hole, before giving it back with a bogey on three.
From there, he made three straight birdies to turn at three-under 33.
On the back side, Dickson bogeyed the 11th hole, but then birdied 12 before closing the round strong.
The former Moses Brown star birdied 15 and 16, then poured in another eagle on the par-5 17th hole to get to 16-under for the tournament.
