Dickson Tied 4th Entering Final Round of Daytona Open

Rhode Island’s Will Dickson is tied for fourth and just three shots back of the lead after round two of the Daytona Open down in Florida.
Dickson posted a 4-under 68 in round two to stay within touch of the lead.

“Could’ve been real special, but we still got 18 holes left. I missed a four footer for birdie on 16 and three putted 18 so I was a little heated, but just gotta go out there and let it loose Thursday,” Dickson told GolfNewsRI after the round.
Dickson is nine-under par overall, three shots behind South Carolina’s Jonathan Hardee with the final round set to take place on Thursday.
Dickson’s 2nd Round
Starting on the first hole, Dickson birdied the second, before bogeying the fourth hole to play the first five holes at even par.
The former Moses Brown star then went on a run.
Dickson birdied the sixth hole, eighth hole and ninth hole to turn at 33.
Making the turn, Dickson parred holes 10 through 14, before birding the 15th and 17th holes.
The three-putt on 18 resulted in a bogey to shoot 68.
