Chatfield Moves up 1 Spot in Latest PGA Tour University Rankings

Former Rhode Island Amateur champ Davis Chatfield moved up one spot in the latest PGA Tour University rankings released on Wednesday.
Chatfield is now ranked 71st on the list and just three points out of a spot in the top 70.
This comes after Chatfield snagged a top 20 finish at the Jones Cup this past week.

The top 15 players at the end of the season get automatic bids onto one of the PGA Tour’s mini-tours.
The top five players go to the Korn Ferry Tour.
Welch Stays at 34
Patrick Welch didn’t move up or down in the latest rankings. He stayed right where he was previously at 34.
This comes after a 65th place finish at the Jones Cup this past week.
O’Leary Moves Up
2019 RI Amateur champion Andrew O’Leary also moved up one spot in the rankings.
He is now ranked 112th overall and is just one point out of the 111th spot.
O’Leary is about 25 points out of a spot in the top 100.
