UPDATED: RI’s Will Dickson Begins Pro Golf Season Tuesday

UPDATED: Round 1 has been canceled due to wind and rain. Will is playing 36 tomorrow starting at 7:56 a.m.

Rhode Island’s Will Dickson is set to begin his first full season as a pro golfer on Tuesday down in Florida. 

Dickson will be playing in the Kelly Plantation Tournament as part of the Emerald Coast Tour. 

“I’m really excited just to get the season going. It’s been awhile since I have played a big stretch of tournaments. It has been a good offseason, I’ve done some good work with my coach,” Dickson told GolfNewsRI during his appearance on the Golf Dudes Podcast.

The Kelly Plantation tournament is a three-day, 54 hole event with the winner receiving a payout of $6,000. 

Tee times begin at 10:38 a.m.
