Quigley Tied 9th After Round 1 at Charles Schwab Cup Championship
Rhode Island’s Brett Quigley is in a tie for 9th place, but just two shots off the lead after round one of the PGA Champions Tour’s Charles Schwab Cup Championship.
Quigley fired a four-under 67 in round one to tie for ninth with several other players.
Kirk Triplett, Phil Mickelson and Jim Furyk lead the tournament at six-under par.
Round two is set to get underway on Friday.
