Will Dickson Cards 71 in 1st Professional Golf Round

Rhode Island’s Will Dickson carded a one-under par 71 in his first professional golf round on Tuesday in the G-Pro Tour’s Savannah Quarters Open.
With that, Dickson is in a tie for 25th with many other players at one-under par.

The top 32 players and ties make the 36-hole cut.
Right now, the cut would be even par, but lots of golf left.
Geogia’s Davis Thompson leads the tournament at nine-under par.
The second round of the tournament is Wednesday. The tournament concludes on Thursday.
Dickson’s First Pro Round
Dickson opened the round with a bogey on the second hole, but followed it up with a birdie on three to get the dropped shot right back.
The former Moses Brown star bogeyed five, but got it back with a birdie on 8 to turn at an even par 36.
On the back side, Dickson was flawless, he just couldn’t get a couple of birdie putts to drop.
Dickson birdied the 13th hole and parred every other hole on the side to shoot 71.
