Francoeur in 18th at Blessings Collegiate After Round 2
Chris Francoeur is in a tie for 18th after the second round of the Blessings Collegiate at Blessings Golf Club.
Francoeur fired at second round 73 to finish the day in 18th.
Meanwhile, his Louisville Cardinals are in ninth for the tournament.
That is a second to last.
Heading into the final round, the Cardinals have a realistic chance of climbing into the top six, given the teams ahead of them.
Francoeur’s 2nd Round
Francoeur opened the second round with birdies on two of the first three holes to get to two under.
However, a stretch of double, bogey, par and bogey set him backwards.
Francoeur closed the front nine with two birdies to make the turn at even par.
On the back side, Francoeur made bogey on 14, birdie on 15 and another bogey on 17 to finish one over for the day.
