Forcier Climbs 50 Spots, Play Suspened at U.S. Mid-Am
The second round of the U.S. Mid-Am was suspended due to darkness on Sunday evening.
Through 11 holes at Sankaty Head Golf Club, RI’s Billy Forcier is even par for the day and seven over for the tournament.
To this point, Forcier has climbed 50 spots from round 1 to round 2, moving from 216th to 166th.
The top 64 make the match play cut, so he still has a long way to go.
Second round play will resume early Monday morning.
Forcier’s 2nd Round – So Far
Starting on the tenth hole, Forcier mad par on each of his first nine holes to shoot a front nine 35.
He also parred the first two holes on the front side before play was called.
