Paik Makes Collegiate Debut at Boston College Intercollegiate

After having to wait an extra year due to covid, Rhode Island’s Allison Paik is set to make her collegiate debut in the Boston College Intercollegiate at Blue Hill Country Club.

“I’m super excited to get back to school and play golf, especially with my teammates, and actually having my coach coach me for the first time. I know that my coach has been waiting to do that and waiting for our team to be together, sho that is like a huge thing,” Paik told The Golf Dudes back in August.

Paik is coming off an up-and-down summer where she made it to the second round of the Massachusetts Women’s Amateur, and was competitive in a few other tournaments, but did not win.

Paik, of course, will not be the only Rhode Islander playing for Columbia.

Cranston’s Alexis Florio will be teeing it up in the tournament, just a week or so after being named captain of the team.
