Addy Douglas Finishes 7th, Fairfield Loses to Quinnipiac
Newport’s Addy Douglas posted a 10-over 82 to finish in seventh place in Fairfield’s season-opening match against Quinnipiac.
However, the stags fell to Quinnipiac in the match.
Fairfield posted a team score of 329, while the Bobcats posted 317 to win.
Fairfield returns to action for its first tournament of the fall on Sept. 20-21 for the Boston College Intercollegiate at Blue Hill Country Club in Canton, Mass.
