VIDEO: Remnants of Hurricane Ida Hit East Lake Ahead of Tour Championship
Just days before the Tour Championship is set to get underway at East Lake Golf Club, the remnants of Hurricane Ida hit Atlanta on Monday.
A video posted by ESPN’s Michael Collins shows water seeping into the PGA Tour Media Center on Monday afternoon with a torrential downpour taking place outside of the tent.
The Tour Championship gets underway on Thursday morning with the top 30 players on the FedEx Cup points list set to compete.
Hurricane Ida made landfall in Louisiana on Sunday afternoon.
