Wannamoisett, Newport Named Top 50 Courses in Northeast
Wannamoisett Country Club and Newport Country Club have been named two of the top 50 courses in the Northeast by Golf.com.
Newport ranks #31 in the Northeast behind Hollywood and ahead of Glens Falls.
As GolfNewsRI reported on Monday, Newport made Golf’s Top 100 courses in the U.S.
Wannamoisett was ranked 43rd in the Northeast ahead of Atlantic and behind St. George’s.
Wannamoisett and Newport were the only two Rhode Island courses to make any list.
