Klara Spilkova was just inside the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship with four holes to go.

However, disaster struck on the 15th hole when she was given a two stroke penalty for slow play.

That turned her par into a double bogey and push her from 5-over par to 7-over par.

Despite parring the last three holes, she would go on to miss the cut by one shot.

This is her seventh missed cut in 11 LPGA starts this season.
