RI’s Quigley Leads by 1 Shot at Ally Challenge

Rhode Island’s Brett Quigley is taking a one shot lead into the final round of the Ally Challenge on Sunday afternoon.

Quigley, 11-under overall, is one ahead of both Carlos Franco and Jim Furyk, and two shots ahead of Glen Day. 

Billy Andrade is tied for 32nd at four under par, while Brad Faxon is tied for 77th. 

Final round coverage of the Ally Challenge begins at 3 p.m. on Golf Channel. 

Quigley’s Tournament 

Quigley entered the tournament as a Champions Tour rookie, with one win on the season. 

In the first round on Friday, Quigley opened with a three-under par 69. 

However, in the second round, Quigley went crazy. 

He fired an eight under par 64 to get to 11-under for the tournament and take a one shot lead.
